The home, which originally was on the market for $17M is newly constructed and equipped with 8 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, home theatre, fitness center, indoor basketball court, elevator, and spiral stair case. Sources say the neighborhood watch include Ja Rule, Wyclef, and Run of Run's House.
