Sources say Ne-Yo was in a bit of a hurry as he raced through Cobb County, GA. I am sure police would have let Ne Yo go with a warning or a traffic citation, until they discovered that the R&B singer did not have a valid license. Ne Yo was arrested for reckless driving and driving without valid license on February 19.
